The Google Retail Team asked Vehicle to design the Google Shop, an open space to learn, explore, recharge, and be delighted by the best in class experiences Google offers. The space had to be part classroom, part playground, part museum, part spaceship, and all Google.
We designed a sleek, open space to grab interest from a distance and used warm wood and gentle curves to extend a friendly welcome from the Google brand. The large Google Earth portal, intimate experience bays, variety of cross-device stories, and recharging den combined to offer different ways to engage.
We mapped out how different types of consumers would engage with the retail space to ensure easy entry and a variety of touchpoints for everyone.
